You may request a refund within 50% of your subscription period. For lifetime subscriptions, this refund window is 6 months from the purchase date. After this period, refunds are not available. If you request a refund, a charge of $0.50 per day will be applied for the days your subscription was active. In addition, 5% of the original payment is non-refundable, as this is the credit card processing fee charged by our payment provider.
