Try these steps:
1. Restart your device and check again.
2. Go to Settings → Add-ons → My add-ons → SastaTV, uninstall SastaTV, reboot your device, then re-install the add-on. This usually fixes it.
Go to Settings → Add-ons → Install from repository, then right-click (mouse), press the Menu button (remote) or press c (keyboard) to open the context menu. Choose Force Refresh and wait a couple of minutes.
Go to the Member Portal and try to log in:
1. If you can log in to the portal but still see this in the add-on, email admin@sastatv.com.
2. If you can't log in, use the "Lost password" option on the portal to reset it.
1. Make sure you have an active subscription.
2. Make sure you're using the correct username and password.
3. Still stuck? Download our repository zip from repository.sastatv.addons.zip and install it manually using Kodi's "Install from zip file" option.
1. Check that you have a working internet connection (try another add-on or a web browser).
2. Restart your device.
3. Uninstall the SastaTV add-on, reboot, then reinstall it.
Log in to the Member Portal and renew from your account dashboard. Your access continues uninterrupted once payment is processed.
